Wonderful experience! Prompt and friendly service in a very pleasant atmosphere. The Ginger Honey Tea was such a great surprise as it was excellent! Loaded with fresh ginger, lemon, and goji berries. Our dinners were also delicious - Kung Pao Chicken was nice and the Sizzling Mongolian Beef was amazing! Nice to have both miso soup and a side salad with ginger dressing included. Would definitely return!!

I visited Morgantown on a work trip and was craving some Chinese food, so I decided to try Green Tea. At first, I was intrigued by the diverse menu, featuring dishes from Korean, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisines. However, this variety raised some concerns about the restaurant's authenticity. Unfortunately, my suspicions were confirmed. Green Tea feels like a typical Chinese-American restaurant, lacking the genuine flavors and connections to traditional dishes. The food was overly sweet, catering to Western palates rather than offering an authentic experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience regarding one dish: the "Hot Dice Chicken" or Laziji. It had no resemblance to the real dish and offered none of the characteristic mala taste; there wasn't even a chili pepper on the plate. Instead, it was a stir-fry of sweet and spicy sauce with chicken and mixed vegetables. I even asked one of the servers the name of the dish to confirm it was Laziji, and it broke my heart when the plate came out. I will say the food was good and the staff was exceptional. And I am sure if you go in only ever having American Chinese food you will be beyond pleased.

I love this place! Their sushi is delicious. They have a large selection of Asian and Japanese dishes. The sushi rolls are a big portion. I love that the place is always super clean. The service is great! The owner is usually working there, and she goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. This is definitely one of my favorite spots in town.

Tried takeout here again ordering online. Food is good but pretty clear they get overwhelmed quickly with too many orders, took 1.5 hrs from the time I ordered my food. However, the food is consistently good so they have that going for them. I think I will just call in my order next time to verify how long it will take vs online ordering.
